JOB: Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in American History (University of Bristol)
The University of Bristol invites applications to a permanent Lectureship (Lecturer B) in Modern American History. A specialism in the history of race and/or Native American history would be an asset, but we are keen to consider candidates who can demonstrate excellence in any area of expertise in the broad field of Modern American History. The successful applicant will be expected to contribute fully to high-quality teaching and administration within the Department of History and to pursue research in her/his area of specialism to the highest standards in order to enhance the international research profile of the Department, the School of Humanities, and the Faculty of Arts.
