Girton College are delighted to invite you to a conference to celebrate the work of Betty Wood and Alastair Reid will take place in the Stanley Library.

 

The conference is entitled ‘Society and Social Movements’, and will have sessions on labour history, slavery, the colonial American South, gender history. It will be the College occasion to congratulate Betty and Alastair on their retirement.
