Teaching Fellow in English, University of Sussex

Fixed term, full time for 10 months

Salary: starting at £31,656 and rising to £37,768 per annum, pro rata.  It is normal to appoint at the first point of the salary scale.

Expected start date: 01 September 2016

The School of English at the University of Sussex wishes to appoint a ten month fixed-term teaching fellow in English Literature from 01 September 2016 to 30 June 2017 to teach on BA courses in English Literature.

The successful candidate will possess either a doctorate or have submitted their doctorate for examination, possess research-led expertise in an area of English and/or American literature post 1750, undergraduate teaching experience, and the willingness to contribute to teaching across a wide generic and theoretical range of materials in English literature.
