Job: Lecturer in Politics (University of Surrey)

August 25, 2016

Applications are invited for a Lecturer in Politics in the Department of Politics within the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences at the University of Surrey. The appointee will join a vigorous and lively department in an internationally recognised University with established strengths in the social sciences and humanities.

Applicants will hold a doctoral degree or be close to completion in Politics or Political Science and should have an emergent high quality publications profile. The successful candidate will contribute to the development of the politics and methods research group. We are particularly interested in applicants with expertise in public opinion, electoral politics, American politics, and research methods.

The successful candidate will contribute to delivering the teaching portfolio of the department and develop new modules in British and or American Politics for existing programmes.

Informal inquiries may be made to Dr Roberta Guerrina (r.guerrina@surrey.ac.uk , 01483 682865).
