Screening of ‘The Roosevelts’ and Ken Burns in Conversation (US Embassy, London)

THE ROOSEVELTS
An Intimate History

You are cordially invited to an advance screening of the new documentary by acclaimed film-maker Ken Burns, The Roosevelts: An Intimate History.   The film weaves the stories of Theodore, Franklin and Eleanor Roosevelt, three members of one of the most prominent and influential families in American politics.

The evening will include a short excerpt from the film and a discussion with Ken Burns in person.

Doors open 5:30 pm – event starts 6:30 pm – the evening will end by 9:00 pm.

Seats are limited: please rsvp to culturelondon@state.gov  by Wednesday, September 17th.  It is essential to rsvp.  You are also welcome to bring a guest, but we must have their name. Invitation is not transferable

Please note that the usual Embassy security checks will be in place.  You can deposit phones with the guards, but please leave other electronic items at home, and allow time to get through.
