Call for Expressions of Interest:
Contemporary Studies Network and Reading Group

The organizers would like to invite all interested parties to attend the first meeting of the Contemporary Studies Network reading group.

The Contemporary Studies Network aims to provide a platform for discussion of emerging research and to support networking and public engagement opportunities amongst scholars with an interest in contemporary politics, culture, and critical theory, who are based in the Midland and Northern United Kingdom.

The group’s first activity will be a reading group and seminar series: an introductory meeting and reading group session will take place at Nottingham Trent University on Wednesday 24^th February 2016, 5-7pm. Details of upcoming sessions for 2016 can be found here. Participants will read a maximum of 100 pages per meeting and all readings will be provided for attendees via their website at least one month before the meeting.
